"Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area."

"It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

The sofa was stained, the right arm was hanging to the floor and the left was was very loose. There was an unclean odor. We walked in took pictures and walked out. We plan to try to get our money back."

"I arrived late at night and i was an inferno as it was impossible to find parking. Had to walk a good distance to the condo. Next morning was able to move the car closer. The place is nice. Clean, new, and spacious. The roof top patio was great in the afternoon. If you plan on driving everywhere this is not the place for you. If you love walking then it’s great. Very walkable. Even walked to the eagles game. Lots of good little places around. The locals were great and felt totally safe."

"Worst place I ever stayed at. Host gavee instructions to call a nuumber on the keypad to access the unit. I called multiple times on arrival and through out my stay. Host never answered once to open the door for me. When I arrived, there was a hole in the wall. My 2nd day there, I walked into the apartment and saw a mouse run across the living room. I tried to call again, and no answer. They did not communicate with me once throughout my stay after attempting to reach them everyday. I did not...

"Conveniently close to everything. Super spacious and clean. Great host, super cute room and very comfortable bed. The view is spectacular and the balcony hang out area was a cool place to chill at the end of th day. Be mindful there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and there is a third party verification app used where you will have to leave a deposit. (Refunds prompt after stay) Many thanks!!"

"I was under the impression when they said that there was space for 3 people in the room that there would be space for 3 people. I only really needed space for two people, but I figured I would be safe. There was hardly space for one person. The Queen bed is a bit undersized (I would consider that a Full) and the Sofa bed is not a bed. If you want a cheap place near Rittenhouse Square and don't have high expectations, sure you can for sure stay here."
