Abgewracktes Hotel mit unfreundlichem Personal. Zugewiesenes Frühstück mit SEHR alten Brötchen! Speisereste auf Teller (falls man überhaupt einen Teller bekam) und Besteck. Sehr unmotiviertes Personal, bewegte sich nur, wenn es sein musste, war sonst nur mit Handy beschäftigt. Matratzen megahart, Zimmer unsauber, Zahnbürste vom Vor-Gast noch gefunden..., Bettbezug mit Löchern, Handtuch kann als Putzlappen durchgehen...

신밧드케밥 바로 옆 같은 이름의 레스토랑과 같이 운영. 조식 안먹는게 나음. 길 건너 같은 이름의 바다 사이드 리조트 있음. 혼동하지 않길. 벌레 나옴. 어두움. 수영장은 수영장이 아님. 에어컨 리모콘이 없었음. 물 잘 안나옴. 근처에 여행사 있음.

Very unfriendly staff and recurring overcharging

Very unfriendly staff and recurring overcharging mistakes all this spoiled the somewhat nice location and rooms. Upon arrival they didn't find out booking and insisted we didn't have a booking and had to pay full price. I had to call hotels.com that confirmed they had my booking ... They offered us to rent a bike at discount price...we did trust them..but on the morning we saw all other hotels were offering bikes at 60% less... Upon check out they presented the invoice not taking into account our rooms were prepaid... We had to argue strongly for them to correct the error. At last when we pay the extras with our credit card the imputed 10 times the amount on the machine... Further more the front desk staff was agressive and unhelpful. The cleaning staff was nice . If you want to be on your guards at all time when dealing with the front desk then you may want to stay there as the room and location is quite nice.

Good price, very good daily clean, laundry service was good, close to the live seafood restaurants. TV was not always reliable, but that may have been down to the local electricity supply.

I booked for four rooms.Two rooms at upper floor which before swimming pool,water got colour and can not boil to drink. Others rooms is ok. Resort can book for Mui Ne trip by jeep. simple set breakfast.

Manque de propreté et d'hygiène

A première vue, la chambre nous a paru propre et confortable. En réalité, il n'en est rien : de bruits étranges la nuit nous ont réveillé, il s'avère que nous avons découvert des souris dans notre chambre. Ensuite, des boutons sur notre peau sont apparus après notre première nuit, il y aurait-il des punaises de lit ? Le seul point positif de notre séjour est que nous avons pu profiter de la piscine d'un autre hotel (de la même branche), qui était beaucoup mieux que celle de notre propre hôtel. Petit-Déjeuner : pas incroyable mais ça fait l'affaire.

Good place for the money

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The wifi was spotty and slow. Don't come here if you have work and need wifi. I also rented a motorbike for a good price but it was in horrible shape. The battery kept dying on me throughout the day and we had to ditch it by a hotel. It was horrible. We were told that we would be given a refund but we never got it due to language difficulties (the English is bad all over in Vietnam). The price was good though and ideal for 3 people.

Family run friendly establishment

The area itself is pretty quiet and peaceful, the staff are wonderful. They were so nice, helpful and genuine. It's family run and every family member was equally friendly. The rooms were comfortable, we used the pool a lot and if you like you, can access the sister beach resort over the road. The drinks and food within the hotel were reasonably priced and tasty. If we ever went back to that area, we would stay again.

2-night stay in Mui Ne

We got a double bed room on the second floor. It looked nice but the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. The staff tried to get rid of the odor but couldn't so they gave us a nice room next to the pool. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach. But the beach nearby isn't clean. You'll have to take a taxi to the ones that are.
