Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Booked a VIP room. Waited 1 hour for someone to come and check us in They tried to get us to take a cheaper room. Said problem with electric. When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them Lack of things in room. No Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room.
