"I arrived worn out after 11pm. I was chargeg $20 more than quoted and the door lock did not work. The light turned green when it was swiped but did not open the door. When I went to the car to get my things twice, each time the receptionist had to use a key to open it In the morning when I went to eat (a very disgusting breakfast) I was made to wait 15 minutes for someone to open the door. When I returned home I called to complain about the price and additional aggravation of the door I was given a 10% refund. THE PRICE WAS THE SAME AS I HAD BEEN TOLD WHEN I CHECKED IN. APPARENTLY, THEY DIDNT THINK ME SPENDING AN EXTRA HALF HOUR AT THE FRONT DESK WAS WORTH ANYTHING! DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"The property is historic, so it reflects the 240 years since built. If you value historical sites, this is the property for you. The Chef was very kind and thoughtful. Breakfasts were very good. Our bathroom needed updating and under the beds hadn't been dusted in a while. Comfortable and clean beds. Slow internet considering the locale. Tuesday and Wednesday nights not the best for dining options in the area."

"The Quality Inn at Harpers Ferry is located 5 minutes from Harpers Ferry Lowertown which is the historic heart of the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The Quality Inn was very clean, had plenty of parking and offered a nice morning breakfast."

"Beautiful property with a garden, a hot tub, and forest along the back of the property. Be aware that there tend to be a lot of deer on the roughly 4 miles of country/forest road from the main road to the inn. The inn is very nice inside. There's a huge foyer and dining room when you enter. The bedroom suites are on the second floor and all have small balconies that overlook the dining area. The room we stayed in was clean with a large bathroom with a shower with a jetted tub. The tub fits one person comfortably; two people would be a bit of a squeeze. There is free coffee/tea in the dining area, and a bar room, where you can pay extra for alcoholic drinks. There's also an entertainment room with a pool table and a decent collection of DVDs and Blurays you can take up to your room to watch. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the Bluray player in our room, and within 5 minutes of texting the owner about the problem, they replaced the player. Breakfasts were good, and a good size (not small, but also not too large). Breakfast is scheduled for 9 AM. However, on the first night we were there, we were the only guests, so when the owner asked when we would like breakfast and we said we'd like to rest and move slowly, she happily pushed the time back to 10:30 for us. A very enjoyable and peaceful getaway!"
