"The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat."

The one chair had a cigarette burn and the other chair had some weird stains on it. The bottom of the door was busted and you could see between the door and the door frame, out to the parking lot. The outlets didn’t even have covers on them. All the patchwork on the walls were done but just left as is...

"I stay here whenever I am in town because it's the cheapest and check-in is always easy, even after 10 pm. However, the room I had this time had some plumbing challenges. Clogged bath, loose toilet seat. Enough towels for one person and stained. But I understand many towels are stolen quite often at this location. The place always serves the primary purpose, which is a place to stay late when the races get out, and is easy enough to leave first thing in the morning. Grateful for the $22 discount...

"Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia.
