Ao chegar no hotel fui atendida por um funcionário extremamente grosseiro que não estava entendendo porque estávamos lá, pois ele não havia sido informado. De pronto falei que tinha número da reserva e ele de forma extremamente ríspida que eu não precisava mostrar nada pra ele, pois ele tinha tudo que precisava.
