"Second time here. We arrived early and were able to get early check in. The room was a little musty and we notified housekeeping, and they quickly rectified the issue. Excellent location. Very pleasant at staff. Will return."

"After being stuck and stranded in the airport due to flight cancellations , this hotel service was prompt, safe, and so accommodating for me and my children. I was amazed at the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the small gestures that really create a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. I have lived in the area of this hotel and can assure anyone visiting Trinidad for the first time or haven't experienced their service yet this...

"Beautiful & very welcoming place. Nice pool area & great atmosphare. Enjoyed location & dining options nearby. The only minus- lack of gym,which was in the description of propperty, huge dissapointment for us. Other than that- lovely place."

"The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. "

The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. "

"The hotel staff were lovely and went out of their way to make it a very pleasant stay. My bathroom had very attractive modern features. The room had a refrigerator and we had access to the microwave, toaster, and needed serving instruments in the breakfast area to be able to buy food and have dinner in the hotel rather than have to go out."
