"This property is exceptional. Great location and fantastic atmosphere and a great mix of modern amenities mixed with a traditional building appearance. The breakfast was superb and the room comfort was exceptional but beyond all that the thing that makes this place one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at is the staff. All incredibly helpful but beyond that personable and able to converse or have a brief joke while still carrying out their work incredibly efficiently. You’ll not be disappointed by a stay here and I would highly recommend it."

"Bedsheet is not very clean with dirty marks, but the facilities are good with both air conditioning and heater. Room is big with good amenities. Price is reasonable. And very convenient place for food and travel."

Free parking, friendly check in, beautiful restaurant and bar, amazing food, clean bedding, room and bathroom, amazing bed, quiet stay…literally cannot fault it in any way. "Staff very welcoming on arrival. Room clean. Restaurant staff were lovely and we could see the kitchen staff were very busy and efficient. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food. Overall a lovely stay and we would stay again. "

"Our room had a very unpleasant smell on arrival, the jets in the bath also had an unpleasant smell once turned on. The mini bar, was not working so we could not use to store drinks and the safe wouldn’t work. Overall the the staff were pleasant and very helpful "
