"First time staying here. Front desk staff was great. Lots of parking. Room was decent. Loved that they had a microwave AND refrigerator. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The only complaint I had was the A/C machine was quite loud. It took me a bit to get used to but it ended up acting like white noise and didn’t keep me awake. Great value for the price and location."

"We have known about Dinah's for a long time. It has always been a Palo Alto fixture. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms in very good condition with unblemished paint, lovely tile on the floors and shower in the bath and vanity areas, clean and fresh smelling elevators and corridors and very quiet rooms. The pool area was great with a perfectly heated saltwater pool, great LED lights at night and comfortable lounges, tables and chairs. The bar and restaurant area was conveniently located just a few steps away. The tropical ambience, blooming plants and koi pools with ducks was an added highlight. Our family enjoyed our stay and if we were to go back to Palo Alto would book again."

"The property was beautiful! I wish we were able to use more of the amenities (pool, spa) our short stay because they looked great. We had some appetizers and drinks from the restaurant on site, which we good. One of the nights we were supposed to have the food delivered to our room, but a mishap occurred and my husband had to walk to pick it up. Not a huge issue. We would absolutely come back again."
