"The best part was how attentive and helpful the staff was. I had a foot sprain and they helped with crepe bandage, ice, medication. Getting their support was a quick phone call away. The view was exceptional. We had a very relaxing stay. We are loyal to the Sonesta chain as well."

"Beautiful location in Ollyantambo. Interior like a resort. Staff very friendly. Rooms are beautiful and set up with kitchenette. Mountain view is probably not exactly seen from our window but can see when you step outside. Location is very remote hard to find it. Restaurant empty so may need to go to next town for food. Breakfast was nice and staff accommodating to serve as needed. Loved staying here wish it was busier. Staff very helpful with all our needs and recommended guides and drivers....
