"I booked the Redwing lodge at beginning of the year. Turned up and it changed names/ companies. I ended up walking around for about 15 mins as was not informed of the change. It's now under IHG Franchise. Not bad but the decoration of the property and felt a bit bodged. My room stank of paint."

"This is the third time I've stayed here and honestly every time it gets worse. The hotel is beautiful and the location convinient. But thats all.... I came down for breakfast at 9am (breakfast is surved until 10am) and there was barely anything left, no joices, no milk couple of slices of bread,no tea bags. And there was a table reserved for 20 people so they knew that they had a lot of people coming for breakfast still. I was sat down for 30 minutes at no point did they bring anything new out. And the quality of the food was not great either... "

"Very tired and In need of refurbishment , blocked sink, no door handle on the bathroom door, no remote for the TV, cigarette stub left on the carpet, carpet had stains, only 2 pillows provided and were flat, window closed and still allowed breeze to come in. A very unpleasant stay, we left in the evening to stay at another hotel"

"The room was very clean and even had an iron in the room how ever on check out my son forgot his ipad and when we drove back 30 mins after they had cleaned the room and the housekeeper stole my sons ipad the receptionist working on the morning on sunday the 24th said she would ask house keeping and call us back never did we went back on monday tje boy at reception said he will also ask housekeeping and call us back but nothing today is friday the 29th and still nothing nice hotel but the staff are dishonest theifs well not be returning"
