"Overall is ok just when we booked via hotel .com that supposed is 3 rooms apartment for fix for 6 but when we reached in Australia for checked in we were told that the amount we have paid is only meant for 2 persons but 3 rooms apartment . We required to pay extra AUD 25 per night per person . This is our honest feedback that we are not satisfied with extra costs and it doesn’t make sense we booked 3 rooms for 2 person . "Great location"

"Best location, we went to the beach every morning with the boogie boards and the kids had a blast. It was clean but definitely in need of a renovation. The sliding door is difficult to open, the main hot plate and grill elements need replacing, the taps are difficult to turn off. But everything you need is there and the location was the absolute greatest. Night markets Thursday on the beach front were amazing! "

"The Welcome email listed a schedule of fines starting at $1,500 down to $65 for various items incl cleaning the oven. The oven was filthy, cupboard doors did not fit properly, lights did not work including entry light which was very difficult at night. The outdoor table was rusty with sharp edges capable of a nasty cut. There was no real welcome pack advising how everything worked, local amentities, etc. Had we not checked the oven then no doubt we could have been charged plus fixing cupboard...
