"I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers lovely views. We also appreciated the complimentary transportation on two bus routes and the funicular. The only drawback is the hotel’s location on a hill, which can be difficult to walk up without transportation. Despite this, we would definitely come back and highly recommend Hotel Imperial."

The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."
