"The hotel has descent facilities, staff were helpful, kept very clean and tidy. The food was consistently good and the location of the hotel is 10 hours from Munnar which makes it very convenient. The view from the Panorama room was very good. "

"The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant. The highlight was the infinity pool with spectacular views. "

"Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps. Me and my wife instantly fell in love with Valle and all this because of the splendid hospitality we were receiving from time to time according to our want and desire from there started our journey of enjoyments in Valle for 4 days honestly 4 days is not enough to Explore Munnar atleast we should have stayed 10 days in Valle Rooms are spacious, Ambiance is very nice.Hotel Staff is very nice and soft spoken. Me and my wife are foodie exquisite dishes that will delight our taste buds" and that the chefs were "truly impressive". What else can we ask lovely morning breakfast service with a variety of savory foods and fresh fruits. We even asked customize food they made it for us. "A good clean resort at the center of the town but still close to nature. View points are quite nearby. Food is not luxury levels. Though simple, its healthy food. They have a good clean swimming pool. I wouldn't recommend the spa though."
