We had two twin beds that were made up like two twins. Our reservation said Mr. And Mrs therefore we thought they would had been pushed together and made up as one bed. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable.

"Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia."
