Good location and GREAT STAFF MEMBERS!

Staff members are fantastic. Room was ok. Towels feels like sand paper. But for one night, was the perfect place. Thank you to all members of the staff, super friendly, helpful and professionals!

Four days in Pereira

I was a solo traveler. I felt very safe. I could NOT use the room safe as it needed the battery's changed. I spoke with the front desk. Nothing was done about it. I found the staff behind the counter not so helpful. The cleaning staff was fantastic. The women serving breakfast were wonderful. The doorknob to the bathroom fell off. I thought if they couldn't fix the safe why ask about the doorknob.
