Excellent location. The hotel is located in a perfect location for travel by taxi bus or walking. The staff at the hotel are excellent in every way. I stayed here twice and I was very happy with everything the rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is onsite parking and an elevator if you need it. The location is very safe I have stayed in many hotels in the area including Pereira. This is by far the best. If you're thinking about visiting this location has everything there are many restaurants and stores of all kinds within walking distance including the supermercado , the Bank and Único shopping mall only a 2 minute walk. La Pradera has something for everyone. The city center is a 15 minute walk. The bus runs right in front of the hotel or take a taxi for less than 10,000 peso. If you want a affordable accommodation with access to excellent services and friendly people this is the place. I will definitely return.

WORST HOTEL IN Pereira .

After having a confirmed and paid for reservation , upon arrival at the hotel the incompetent front desk clerk could not find my booking ! As I began discussing his incompetence in using his phone , computer he got flustered and called the police..!!! After showing the police my confirmed res and paid visa receipt they took my side and nearly arrested the ignorant clerk.
