A beautiful hotel set in the historic town of Perast. Excellent facilities and staff who are friendly and attentive. It's well worth staying here just out of season as Perast gets very busy with day visitors. The breakfast is very good although I chose to have dinner at the many cafes and restaurants in close proximity.

A real 5 star experience at this amazing hotel.
Incredible hotel at the heart of Perast. The service was superb with every member of staff going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Sea View room was to die for! Close enough to goto Kotor for the day and if you are feeling intrepid why not drive up the p-1 serpentine road for the view. I can’t fault this place. A real hum dinger of a 5 star property.

Early October a good time to visit
We visited in early October which is the end of season. Whilst it made the hotel quiet we got the best tables with the best views and received extraordinary service.

We had a beautiful three night stay here. The hotel is amazing, with a wonderful spa and amazing views. The staff were all incredibly helpful and added to an amazing stay. The hotel also has it’s own private beach area which is great for relaxation. We would love to stay here again.

Great Stay
The hotel is located in the Perast which is protected area by unesco , you’ll park your car outside side the hotel if you do have your own car, then a baggie from the hotel will come and pick you up . Then you enter to the hotel , the building itself is great very old building, the most beautiful reception in Whole Montenegro. The indoor pool is very good , just a small minus they doesn’t have Jacuzzi , and one more small minus that when the weather is windy you can’t sleep , but the hotel can’t do anything about it it is not their fault I am just writing that so you know that these things exist . One more thing the uniform of the staff is very beautiful the view of the breakfast is the best in Europe they could invest more in the breakfast but overall it was perfect

Everything is great about this hotel except parking. Parking is terrible and even after a stay of 4 nights we couldn’t figure out which parking spots belonged to the facility.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in stunning surroundings. The hotel was clean and all the staff were polite and friendly. Loved having breakfast on the terrace with its amazing views of the bay.

Our stay was one of a kind. The area, the hotel, the staff and service were all amazing. They were very helpful, very generous and the rooms were very clean with amazing views. I think the hotel is for older people though or for families. If you're young and would like to have fun, maybe stay in another area in Montenegro such as budva. But overall, our stay was 12/10, i cant complain.

One of the most relaxing places we have been. There was a wedding at the property so we ate down the street at the recommended Conte which was also wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful and ideally placed in the centre of Perast. It’s very clean and all staff wore masks and anti bac spray was readily available reassuring us that measures to avoid COVID were in place. The staff are very welcoming. We’d like to make a special shout out to Marco who constantly served us drinks on the beach saving us from having to go to the bar. Also Dragana and Kosara were perfect hostesses at lunch and dinner time. Reserving us the best tables with a view of the bay. Our only small gripes is that there were only a couple of vegetarian options on the menu and no information on the hotel or surrounding area was available in our room. This meant we constantly had to ask reputation which seemed inefficient. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Nice hotel, but…
Nice hotel room—very large with room for luggage. In-room safe didn’t work (no battery) and refrigerator not plugged in (no accessible plug!). Parking is a nightmare—cars everywhere with need to somehow get ride from hotel up/down to/from car. Front desk had no idea when bus goes to nearby cites, yet it passes their door frequently and are almost a must for guests to use. People on the street and in other hotels more helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can enjoy stunning views while eating your breakfast or enjoying a drink in the outside bar area. Our room was lovely and clean but there were some stains on the carpet and a broken toilet bin which let it down a little. Breakfast was good although on the last few days there seemed to be some products missing ie cereal. Possibly just a stock ordering problem as the first 6 days were excellent. The spa was nice although the indoor poor is quite cold and the steam room has vents which are rusting. We didn’t have any treatments so can’t comment about that. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful building in great location. Breakfast excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only thing I would change and it’s very minor ...is that a few more English speaking TV channels would be nice. There is lots of German and Russian tv channels.There are two news channels in English but nothing else. But you don’t do to a beautiful location like Perast to watch TV! so as I say a minor comment.

Property was beautiful. Service was good, little different than what I have experienced at other Iberostar hotels. Parking is not intuitive, call to get instructions. Would highly recommend hotel, with a sea view room, otherwise you get a view of a wall.

We have had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel. Jovana the concierge is amazing and was hugely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely with a vast array buffet options and an extensive menu. The shuttle to and from the car park in Perast via golf buggy is great. The communal areas of the hotel were always very clean and well kept. The complementary massage for all guests is well received. The hotel facilities are all brand new and modern. There are not enough sun loungers, but we found going early was fine. It was pretty much impossible to get one in the afternoon on sunny days. The hotel needs to do more to stop people reserving loungers and not using them. The cleaners came at unusual times, particularly one instance where they came at 10.30pm which disrupted our stay. The hotel is able to cater for allergies but not all staff are aware of this. The chefs seem to have a good understanding. We would definitely recommend asking the concierge to arrange a half-day sunset trip to Lovcen - stunning views. On a still day there is often quite a bad smell of sewage around the hotel. The gym, pool and spa all close relatively early (8pm) and open quite late (9am) which is a bit restrictive if you like exercising before breakfast or having a swim after dinner. Perast itself is a little isolated if you don’t have a car. The alternatives are the bus which is cheap but unreliable or a cab (15EUR one way), a hotel shuttle would be great!

Everything about this property is excellent from the time we checked in to the time we checked out ,champagne on arrival nice touch and every eve chocolates and bottled water left in your room , the staff were all so very friendly and helpful , The rooms were very modern and comfortable the indoor spa is amazing , and the outdoor pool area is a little crowded but nice the pool is a bit refreshing but once in its ok, all in all fabulous place we will be back 😜
