"Loved the proximity of the hotel to the train station. The staff were so friendly and professional. Check in was very smooth and a lovely touch of a glass of champagne really was so nice. The room was beautiful. My initial thoughts of have a sink outside of the bathroom was seemingly odd, however once the doors were closed off from the bedroom, I thought it was genius as the whole area was utilised as a dressing room and enlarged the bathroom feel. Another lovely touch was the complimentary minibar and free slippers. The hotel exceeded my expectations and for that reason I would not hesitate to book again on my next visit. "

"We were put down beside the Spa so we heard a lot of foot traffic while in our room. We had a light flickering for a while but settled as well. Location was fantastic and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly! :) "

"Room was clean and well presented, however there was mould noted around the window area which was disappointing for a recently redecorated room. Hotel was clean and tidy on entering and staff were welcoming. Would come back for another visit as it is positioned in a great location for Edinburgh. "
