"Room was nothing like the photos on the site very unlike a comfort inn it was really disappointing. AC didn’t work, Hôtel hallways had dirty carpets everywhere, doors of rooms were dirty as anything at the bottom from people kicking them or banging them with trolleys and luggage. Room itself was not at all comfortable or luxurious it was instead extremely basic and the ac unit seemed to have been dismantled and was open at the bottom with lots of dirt. I encountered two staff at the front desk, the lady who checked me in was so friendly and nice, the young man at checkout seemed like he hated his job and was not at all friendly. The car park (parking lot) had lots of unsavoury characters hanging around and did not feel safe. There were always people smoking on a bench outside the front door, and passing by it was impossible to avoid the stench of smoke. Very disappointing for a comfort hotel, should lose its branding."

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired no fruit at all toaster waffles only caffeinated tea was very disappointed. The grounds need more markings between the curb and the pavement yellow strips because the curbs and the pavement are the same color. I twisted my ankle on one. The staff was very nice, but the place itself needs some updating and not plastic flowers in the flower pots."
