Gentleman that checked me in was kind, everyone else seemed annoyed and literally ignored me for quite some time while playing on their phones whenever I would approach to buy a snack or with a question. My room key gave me issues one night and the next entirely stopped working, both times being when I got back from work at 2-3 am. The deadbolt didn’t work, it only turned enough to hold on to the piece of metal nailed to the frame and the door doesn’t latch unless you push in on the door. The bathroom door doesn’t latch at all and the hinges push it back open. There was someone’s old used soap in the shower and a damp towel hung over the side of the tub. The bed is extremely creaky, being barefoot wasn’t an option due to the sand on the floor but hey it’s Pensacola so I shrugged that off. When I found time to consider the pool, there were like 4 chairs out there and none of them to lay down in to tan so I didn’t even use the pool area.

The rooms are gross. I had no toilet paper in my room and there was a bar of soap with black hair all over it in the shower. The mini fridge is all rusted and doesn't keep anything cold. We didnt stay.

IT WAS ONE HEALTH CODE VIOLATION AFTER ANOTHER. MOLD EVERYWHERE, HUMAN WASTE ON THE DOOR, WALL, AND FLOOR. BURN HOLES IN THE BLANKET, ON THE FLOOR, ON THE FURNITURE, BURNS ON THE WALL OUTLETS. LONG BLACK HAIRS ON THE TOWLS. BROWN STAINS ON THE TOWLS. LONG BLACK HAIRS ON THE TUB. MOLD IN THE MICROWAVE. MOLD ALL OVER THE MATTRESS, BROWN STAINS ALL OVER THE SHEETS. WHAT LOOKED LIKE BED BUG DROPPINGS IN THE SEEMS OF THE MATTRESS. I HAVE VIDEO AND PHOTO'S. AND THERE ARE EVEN MORE BIO HAZARDS.THE DESK CLERK WAS EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY, ASKED FOR MY CARD BEFORE HANDING ME MY CONTACT WHICH WAS COMPLETELY IN SPANISH, I SAID I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH. HE SAID HE DIDN'T EITHER. AFTER SEEING THE ROOM AND TAKING PHOTOS AND VIDEOS, I RETURNED TO THE DEST TO GET A REFUND. HE WAS SLEEPING AND HAD TO WAKE TO BUZZ ME IN. DENIED HE KNEW A WAY TO REACH THEM. I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AT 9AM, AND THROUGH THE DAY, BUT WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS STILL UNAVAILABLE. LEFT MY INFORMATION, BUT NO REPLY. CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY, WAS TOLD SHE WAS INFORMED BUT LEFT. CALLED THE NEXT DAY. AND TOLD SHE WOULDN'T BE BACK TILL FRIDAY. IT WAS WEDNESDAY. I TOOK MY VIDEO'S AND PICKS TO MY BANK AS EVIDENCE AND FILED A DISPUTE. GOT A NEW CARD. THIS PLACE IS A HOTEL OF HORRORS. WHY YALL WOULD ADVERTISE FOR THEM IS BEYOND ME.

Found roaches in the room, which was on the second floor. Check in was terrible as the clerk could not find the reservation.. When I gave her the info she did not believe it was me because the name on my license is my full name and the reservation must have used a smaller version. Could not find the original payment, so I had to start again. She changed my room because she stated I booked a handicap room.. which I was not aware I had done, nor did I need a special room.. This was not a great place to stay and wold not recommend others use this place. It is being used a cheap housing for local people as I noticed rooms were fully decorated with windows and accessories that most people do not travel with on vacation or for business. Never received any maid service in the days while I stayed onsite. Had to go back to the counter and request toilet paper since the roll was half used upon entry, and nobody offered any room assistance. Knowing this, I would spend more next time and stay were they can help travelers and customers. The location had no food or coffee. They had out dated snack bars for sale.. but it was not even setup to invite people to shop. Online looked like a good option and was close to the airport, but I would advise any one else to pay more and find something in a better area. I was worried the rental car was going to get attacked overnight, since police were onsite almost nightly for an issue... DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.

Fire alarm kept beeping and the toilet was leaking. The room smelt like strong chlorine and there was mold in the bathroom as well. One of the amenities they list is having plug ins by the bed side, but the outlets were covered up on both sides so we weren’t able to charge anything as the only other outlets were for the TV. The only plus about this place honestly is the cheap price and friendly staff.

For it to be a pet friendly hotel the fact that I barely can tell that there are any pet pets. Other than seeing people casually walk. Their dogs is a huge plus.
