Close to downtown, walkable to restaurant and shopping area, along with being situated amongst all the renovated old buildings - loved the architecture! Extremely courteous staff and very helpful. Morning breakfast was a real advantage to starting our day, giving us many choices for a light or hardy breakfast. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night while attending my son’s pinning ceremony. Hotel was close enough to the base and in the middle of the things to see and do downtown. The staff was so very friendly and the hotel was clean. I would definitely come back and refer to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Perfect location for why we were there. Never had to use the car. Walk everywhere in DT P'cola. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and in great condition. Rooms were functional and spacious. Amenities were very good. housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend this Hotel for you Pensacola stay. Loading and unloading a bit challenging. Plenty of on-sight parking.

Staff was great. Location was great as was parking. The shower head was super low I'm 6'1 and had to crouch to take a shower management says all the showers are like that. The hot water only worked about half the time.
