"The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. Every room has a great view of the gulf and beach. The only drawback was the roof was being repaired during our week stay and the construction company had some equipment parked near the front door. Which was a slight inconvenience walking around to get to our car. "

"We love staying at the Hilton however this past experience was not so great. The staff upon checkout were all rude and showed a bit of racism and favoritism. Never expected that because in the past it was always a pleasurable experience. The room was awesome except for the shower door wouldn't close properly without lifting up on it and the hot water wasn't working properly. Checking out made this stay very disappointing. Your staff needs to work on their customer service. Courtesy and kindness is key. The view was breath taking.l "
