"Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Penrith, which is a lovely town. Hotel has parking, which is really useful as it was hard to come by in the town itself when I was there. Special thank you to Petra at reception and the housekeeping team. I had accidentally left a piece of jewellery in my room at checkout.
