"The room was very clean. My issue was the beds… they were so low.. barely up to my knees. The mattress (a Serta Perfect Sleeper) was flat and had a divet where many rumps had rested. For the cost of the room… no excuse for crappy mattresses."

"The lobby was very nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t call it a nice hotel. The room was dingy with terrible pillows and a stained bedspread. No luggage rack in the room. The lighting is terrible in the room. The bathroom lighting makes you look jaundiced. The bathroom floor was dirty and so was the door which didn’t close properly."

"The room was clean. The beds were awful. To soft and I kept rolling into a hole so to speak. Not a variety for the breakfast. Very small."

"Nice pool, but it was so crowded with kids that I didn’t go to the area. I did go in the next morning and the hot tub was only warm. The kids were also loud in hall in the evening. Breakfast was great. Plentiful and well stocked. It was very busy during the time I was there from 8:30-9:00 (closed at 9 am), but there was still food and tidy. Room was very comfortable."

"Was in town for an event in Hershey PA and looking for a hotel away from the tourist areas. This hotel was perfect for that! Rooms and public areas were clean and quiet even though my room was overlooking the small highway, the surrounding grounds were kept very nice and it I didn't hear any noise from the highway. The location was very convenient. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did use the pool and hottub and they were very clean and pleasant in design. We had stayed here with...
