"Incredibly clean room and washing facilities. The host was always happy to help. Some of my clothes were wrinkly so I asked to borrow an iron, and she had one on hand right away. I also really appreciated the little mini fridge in the room. The location is incredible and right near the city’s center."

"The room was amazing. It was very clean and very comfortable. The staff on site very approachable and friendly, we arrived a bit late to collect the keys and they were very helpful. All in a very good condition and quiet for nice sleep. I do recommend this place."

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
