"During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband. On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. I spoke to the lovely Rhys on reception who was really kind and understanding. He did his very best for me, contact Kate the Manager and sorting me out with one that was exceptional, definitely...

"The hotel was basic. No fridge in the room or bathrobe or slippers. The furniture was a bit dated. The breakfast was a bit disappointing."

"The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside "

"Triple room at the top of the building. The hallways were pretty grim but the room was a nice surprise. Great touch with the ceiling fan. The road is very busy outside. It was fine for a one night stay."

"The hotel is solid, not a bad stay and the bed was quite comfortable. The property is quite run down though, with ripped / broken carpet, no fridges, and the rooms and hallways have likely not seen renovations for quite some time. Staff were very nice though."

"We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you to the staff from start to finish 10/10!"

"We stayed here for one night in the oriental suite, which was huge and more like a small flat with separate sitting area. The hosts were very helpful and informative through out our stay. Breakfast items were provided in the fridge in the room which we liked! It is located in a nice area close to all amenities. We would stay again and maybe try a different room next time."

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"Nice little B&B a few yards from the course at Clyne. Small but well appointed twin rooms and a delicious full breakfast served in the clubhouse. Staff and members very hospitable and all four in our party very pleased and would happily stay again. "
