"One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, fully renovated rooms and facilities. Pick up and drop off service were great and we rented a scooter at the hotel to visit Penida. Lots of options for breakfast and their massages are amazing. Service overall was great and the staff is very friendly"

"The front desk (Ketut) was very nice, helpful and did resolve any issues I had. The hot water wasn't working and he fixed it immediately. The room is basic like don't expect any amenities besides soap, towels and fridge. They organize bike rentals and they have drinks you can buy at reception. The worker there is really kind and always there. "

We wish we had soent more time at the resort instead of going on a tour with bumpy roads and crowded destinations.
