"We took a bigger room this time and compared to the previous one, this one was very nice. Kids wanted to stay more. Staff were very helpful. The previous time, it was very busy there, I can understand some details can be missed."

"Staff isn't helpfull when asking directions to bathrooms and or rooms inside the hotel. Wallpaper falling down in the hallways and in the rooms bathroom doors get stuck hard to open and close. Been there 2 times both time hot tub closed. No notice, no heads up no apologies no compensation. The whole reason we stay is for the pool and the hottub for our special needs daughter"

"This spot is considered safe but it did not feel safe for a woman travelling alone. The bathroom windows had no locks- you could literally remove them- meaning anyone could get in as it is all on one floor. the door had no bolt lock, the room smelled like chemicals, it was not pleasant, it was not comfortable, it did not feel safe. i ended up checking out immediately and lost money- i booked a room in Collingwood instead"

"location is difficult to find. the address needs to be updated. had ended up at a different address with same name. called and gave me proper directions stating this happens all the time. great amenities, however and very close to vetta spa and ski hills. Kitchen was well stocked. "

"The staff - particularly the two women at the front desk - were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to help my best friend and I celebrate a life milestone, and made the weekend extra special. Getting to spend the night in such a thoughtfully decorated hotel, comfy beds, and a massive tub, was so relaxing. We're already excited to come back."
