"The staff here at this hotel are wonderful and the hotel punches well above its weight class. My only complaint is people constantly smoking at the entrance shamelessly next to the smoke free area signs. It would be nice if customers did not have to walk through a plume of smoke prior to entering a space they paid for. Again, the hotel is the best in the area and I recommend it without reservation. Wonderful and friendly staff."

"Hampton Inn is probably the best bang for the buck anywhere in Louisville. We have stayed there several times and it is consistently excellent. Best breakfast, clean, well appointed with modern amenities compared to upgraded older fixtures. I have nothing bad to say about this property. Can’t be beat for twice the rate."

"The staff at check in wasn't too friendly, I handed over my id and instead of just handing it back it was placed on the counter once they were done so I had to reach over and pick it up. Nothing was said like here you go or I'm finished with that etc. I thought to myself that was odd but okay then same thing with my room key, said room #, then went into asking about how many were staying, breakfast etc. I get it some people dont want to touch things or whatever the reason but you can wear gloves or even say something after and put it on the counter that was higher up with the candy next to it and a simple her you and put it down a d slid either back over would've been better. Instead of what was done. Other than that stay was good!"
