"Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!"

"Didn't get a blanket for the sofa bed as requested, soap dispenser broken in shower, sofa not very comfortable, breakfast cutlery was dirty, tables not clean during breakfast, even though asked a lady to clean a table please, but didn't."

"I booked a standard ensuite double room but upgraded to the Tudor Suite. I chose this hotel because it is hundreds of years old, which is something we don’t get to experience much in the USA! The hotel obviously has all the charm of such an old place and would be awesome for a romantic getaway (although I was traveling alone on this trip!). There is lots of parking, which is free. "We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Red Lion Hotel, the room and bathroom were kept very clean with plenty of toiletries and towels, tea, coffee and biscuits, the food in the evenings was excellent as well, staff were very professional and friendly at breakfast and during the day/evening, we would definitely recommend and will stay there again."

"Room basic but clean. Facilities are slightly tired but adequate. The only slight complaint was that the shower was not much more than a dribble but the water was warm. Staff helpful and friendly. Note: Hebden Bridge is hilly and the hostel is up the hill from the town centre. It is not that far and should not put you off using the hostel"

"The property is an old building and we both thought that the rooms could do with a bit of an update - the bathrooms were very modern. The rooms and hotel were spotless, the staff were absolutely superb - so kind, helpful and polite. It was a lovely idea to have free bottles of water at reception when we arrived with the weather being hot. "The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean it just lacked air con and with a tiny bedroom window regardless on the heating not being on there was hardly and airflow within the room. Couldnt fault anything else had a lovely stay"
