"The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. "This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. "Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places."

"The Townhouse was a pleasure to stay in. Just a few minutes walk from a large public car park (on-street parking is very limited) and the large, sandy South Beach, the guest house is a short walk from the town centre. The check-in process was very straightforward. The room was clean, tidy and well-equipped - it even had a fridge! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the gringo in the beer garden serving drinks was really welcoming and a good laugh. Location was excellent with a payable carpark in close proximity."
