"The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. "I have nothing negative to say about this resort, everything was amazing. Clean, beautiful and the staff are very nice especially our housekeeper Alba she always made sure we come home to a tidy room. Breakfast was also yummy. Very family friendly, the restaurant has an amazing view of the Arenal volcano. I would highly recommend! Hot springs and pool are also nice and clean."
