The staff are brilliant, there's a restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served, all situated in a vibrant area just outside the main town, so it's quiet at night too. "It was a smaller scale, cozy hotel outside of Amalfi. More on the vintage side. The included breakfast was amazing! Great selection, fresh and friendly staff! The view was amazing as well. The lemoncello at dinner was excellent, but the dinner itself was very disappointing. We had four meals and they were all simply bad! Did not return for more dinners. The bus stop is right at the door of the hotel, which is nice. If the bus comes and stops. Very unpunctual! There is small but nicely secluded...

"The Hotel Astoria is a well managed, clean hotel, that is getting a bit old. The rooms are comfortable and well provisioned. The shower is tiny and in need of a serious upgrade. In this case, location, location, location, as it is close to restaurants and the train station. Unfortunately, most of our activities were in Sorrento, but it was easily accessible via the subway train."
