"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"I tired to communicate with the property 2 days before my stay to coordínate transportation to hotel and there was no answer. Manager said they didn’t recibe my emails. Phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working because I also tried contacting them. I stay es in pooring rain for two hours, a local gentlemen took me to the hotel, if not I would’ve had to walk from port to hotel in a rain y day. "We loved this property! After having another property owner from another site refuse to honor the rental (he double-booked), we found this place at the last minute. The owner and his wife were so gracious and welcoming — and able to get the place ready for us in short order. The apartment is very charming and a lot more spacious than it looks online. "It is a large full service property on the bay, two big pools with beach access, very large dining and breakfast room, very nice gym, it’s just an old building and not renovated so the rooms are just average, I feel like I’m on a cruise ship in the standard room, 15 minute walk to old town, but at least it’s down a pretty, scenic driveway. Very family, friendly, this big place has sold out, kids everywhere."

"The property can be qualified at most as an 1 star facility , maybe 2 because the bathrooms are clean and significantly run down . For example the rooms have no fridge , no ice machine in the hallways ( that smell strongly like cigarettes smoke ) , the head of the bed has the plug in the place where you will try to lay back and the light gets on and off depending how you lay . The staff is so poorly educated about the way they should do their job ."
