"Someone hit my car in the parking lot, but I didn't notice the damage until I got home. No pool. Would be nice if they allowed access to pools on sister properties would be a plus."

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the breakfast was good. The kids loved the indoor pool, that was the main reason we booked City Express. Would definitely recommend and be coming again. Wouldve been nice to have some options of meds to purchase like benadryl, ibuprofen, aspirin but not complaining at all. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last."

"The first room had a fridge that didn’t work so I was moved to 404 and it stunk so bad. There was a moldy stench and I made a request to be moved, but I was told they just fogged it out with freshener. However, it still smelled the same. Housekeeping went in to clean up and didn’t leave towels, refresh the makeup remover pack and toilet paper."

"This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV."

"Hotel was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Construction going on in the room above ours and it was alot of hammering and banging going on. The last thing you want after being out in the heat all day and wanting a quiet rest. Also I had to go buy a few towels so we can bathe because the hotel was completely out of towels and none to wash according to the staff. Other than that it was a decent stay."
