"Arriving at Seven Havens Residence near Selong Belanak Beach is quite an adventure. The journey involves navigating narrow roads with deep potholes and impatient drivers, followed by a steep climb over leaf-strewn paths. While the initial facade and parking area may seem underwhelming, any concerns vanish the moment you see the view. The expansive horizon—where the hills meet the sky and sea—is truly breathtaking. The infinity pool is a highlight, and while the room interiors feel a little seasoned, the presence of mischievous monkeys adds a unique charm to the stay. Additionally, the restaurant is highly commendable, serving beautifully presented and delicious meals. Most importantly, the staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful, accommodating every request with ease. "

"The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/ for 2pp. Lost in translation even at the restaurant, we ordered for breakfast my husband got his breakfast and I never got my food. This was due to the mis-understanding with language barrier. It would been helpful if the staffs repeat the order or ask if everything was ok. The place is beautiful but nothing much around it; the nearest restaurant is probably another 30 mins taxi ride. The road is very narrow and windy; but once you get to the resort it is beautiful. "

"Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. Breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and it was very tasty. The area around is partly village / partly scrubland. The hotel organised scooters for us. It was 5 mins to SELONG Belanak beach and about 30mins to kuta. You can walk to a couple of eateries a few minutes down the road. "
