"Das Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig! Die Toilette mit Dusche ist eine echte Herausforderung, die Dusche eine Katastrophe! In der Dusche ist das Bidet eingebaut... sehr unhygienisch. Die Restaurantbetreiberin sehr unfreundlich und spricht ***nur Italienisch***. Das Essen war nichts Besonderes."

"If I could give 6 ⭐️s I would! My husband and I were pampered by this friendly, cosy family hotel. Our room had a fantastic view of the dolomite mountains and it was spacious and clean. We had gourmet breakfasts and dinner included with our stay and the 4 course dinners were outstanding. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you to nearby lifts and bring you back with quick, efficient service. "Ho comperato una stanza per tre . All’accettazione ho detto che causa malattia de figlio mia moglie e mio figlio non sarebbero venuti. Niente pagato per 3. Mi cadono occhialoni sulle scale , mi accorgo che sono già sul transfer provo tutto il giorno a chiamare il centralino . Sempre in attesa mai una risposta . Avrò fatto 100 chiamate . Assurdo. Morale … occhialoni spariti (rubati). Alla reception candidamente mi dicono che capita e che il telefono era impostato su messaggio di attesa !! Cena ,...
