"Staff was helpful and mostly friendly. Location, at the Santa Apolonia train station, was very convenient for us (we took both the AP high speed train and Metro subway from our location). The hotel is close to cruise ship dock if your taking a cruise from Lisbon. Also, walkable to restaurants and popular things to see/do. Room was a bit basic and small, but clean and comfortable enough. Overall, we felt the Riverside Editory Hotel was a good choice for us."

"Had a really great stay at the Eurostars - would definitely recommend. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout, and the location is excellent for getting around with easy access to both the metro and train. There are also plenty of good local restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was really nice, with a wonderful big bed that was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. My only minor negative was that the floor in the bathroom was quite slippy when wet so you had to be careful. Overall though, a great hotel and I would happily stay again."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Upon Harbor – Seixal Bay Hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a huge terrace, which I especially loved. The pool bar was also a highlight — the burgers were absolutely excellent. The staff did a wonderful job throughout my stay: friendly, attentive, and professional. The only thing I would personally change is the bedding. I would much prefer natural pillows and duvets instead of synthetic ones, as I think this would better match the overall quality and comfort of the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and a lovely place to stay."
