"We booked what we thought was a suite for our anniversary. The images & descriptions online are not what you are actually booking, it seems. When we arrived, the room we were given was TINY. So tiny we could not pass by one another in the space. It was also connected to another room by a thin locked door, so you could hear any sound at all from each side. There was literally nowhere to put your belongings. When we inquired at the front desk, they told us they put us in that room because the larger rooms had no heat or hot water... I'm not sure why that wasn't communicated upon check in, or that we weren't notified in advance. They did end up moving us to a larger room the next day, which was more in line with what we thought we were booking. The new room had a fireplace, but the heat wasn't working. They also ran out of Nespresso coffee pods on on day 2 of our stay, and never acquired more in the hotel to replenish them for anyone. There was coffee in the lobby, however. The pool & hot tub were not available to use, so I'm not sure why we pay a "resort fee". It appears to only cover parking, and that is expensive parking. I wanted to love this place, but it was just okay. Needs updating, especially with the mechanicals and carpeting. The valet's were really nice, and the front desk team was mixed on friendliness & helpfulness. Overall pretty expensive for the experience we had."

"A charming hotel, very convenient to all that Santa Fe has to offer. The hotel has character and fits perfectly with the Santa Fe experience. Room was small, however it had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfotable, and the shower was great (water pressure and temperature. In reality, we did not spend too much time in our room, and the valet parking, lobby and porch more than made up for the smaller room size. We arrived very late and Gabriel was waiting for us, was very helpful settling us in, taking care of parking the car. He is a gem. A champagne bottle was sent to our room as a birthday present. The Secreto Bar and the Wine tasting room were outstanding. I only wish they would improve the restaurant as it was disappointing, specially considering all the dinning options available. That said their home made bread is very good!"

"The property was updated in a very southwestern decor. It was inviting and easy to navigate the hallways and the elevator. We enjoyed the Workout room and the breakfast was very good. They have an on-site cook preparing delicious breakfast burritos with meat or vegetarian. And the house-made green chili was delicious. We found everything to be adequate; coffee maker in the room, refrigerator, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion is provided. The bathroom sink faucet could be updated, and the windows were a little difficult to open. There’s a very good restaurant and bar a few blocks up the road called the Mystic Mesa. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at an affordable price and convenient location 15 minutes south of downtown."

"The hotel was perfectly located and Akatiri, the desk receptionist was most helpful and professional. Parking was an added bonus. The breakfast was spartan. It was a quiet room, with a very small bathroom and was a bit dark. The fireplace was unusable. I would stay there again."

"Inn on the Alameda checked all the boxes for our visit to Santa Fe! The hotel was perfectly positioned within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Yet, it was incredibly quiet and away from traffic and crowds. The rooms are simple, yet tasteful, and very comfortable. They were impeccably clean! The breakfast is truly outstanding, both the quantity and quality of food and the service provided. It was the perfect start to each day! We also had drinks and dinner in Joe’s tequila bar in the evening and that was a treat. as well.,"
