"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"We had a new 1 bed cabin. It was adequate for our needs for a week, if a little on the small side. There was no storage for our luggage, which took up valuable space and no kettle to boil water for tea. We had to use the saucepan. However pouring boiling water from a big pan into a small cup was tricky. Manager told us Italians don't use kettles.pool was good and short walk to beach."

"Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Villa Mazzanta gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und außerordentlich freundlich. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und man wird mit ausreichend Handtüchern versorgt. Die Einrichtung an sich ist etwas veraltet, funktioniert jedoch einwandfrei. Die Dusche könnte größer sein, denn sie ist sehr eng geschnitten und die Türen lassen sich nicht weit öffnen (was sich zum Beispiel beim duschen mit Kleinkind schwierig gestaltet). Das Frühstück...

"Etablissement au calme et le personnel est sympathique. Mobil home vieillissant avec des réparations à prévoir ainsi que la vaisselle."

"We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and updated. All the amenities you need are provided. The pool and the views by it are amazing and the area is quiet. The small town nearby has great food options. Would definitely stay again."

"This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "

"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."
