"I normally have no problem. This time dirty towels, looked off white . Double beds with only one bath towel. Fire alarm going off until mgmt. came to change batteries, breakfast was scarce and did not look presentable, can improve on that. I did get some of refund back for some of my stay. "

"Like others mentioned, musty smell covered by cleaning solution, but not as bad as others experience. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was pretty good in comparison to other places we've stayed. Desk person was so-so, not bad but not super friendly. Nice patio. Hotel is tucked away, like many others at this exit, which was nice, felt like a quiet area. Lots of dining options. Overall good stay. They do need to address the musty smell. "

"Our stay was AMAZING!! I can’t remember enjoying a stay more than this one in many years. The staff - from the awesome manager on duty to the housekeeper who literally welcomed this exhausted traveler as she walked in the hotel’s front door - was kind, caring, and totally focused on our comfort and well-being during our stay. You will quickly learn that this staff is second to none, and the accommodations and are the same. And promise me that you will not leave without enjoying the large, lush area which surrounds the hotel. The property is so gorgeous and serene, in fact, that, had I not resided three states away, I would have begged to have had my wedding there! The “attractions” included a shimmering pond complete with ducks, beautiful walking paths, and gazebos fitted with grills and outdoor seating to enjoy with your family and/or friends. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay there!"

"Friendly and quirky B&B.The house is old with character and many interesting memorabilia. Had a very good dinner and a pleasant if brief stay. Its just under an hour from Maddison Blue Spring Park, a beautiful and quiet Florida Spring."
