"Stayed for 1 night as a stop of a road trip with my puppy and husband. Tje hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Made traveling with my dog so easy and relaxing. "

"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 . Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL ) Also when my wife & I returned at 9:45 pm on 04/09/26 after visiting some friends the entire lobby & hallway reeked with the smell of weed . "

"Very nice room. Unfortunately, most restaurants closed or limited menus. This was our first visit...better signage when you get off 86 would be helpful. Missed parking ramp all together when came in to property."

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. We extended the stay by another night, but no one every came to the room so we didn't expect to reuse towels left on the floor. We asked for new towels, which were provided, but it was a very strange situation."
