"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

Los recomiendo 100%, limpio, cómodo, el nuestro era un bajo y tenía una terraza con mesa y sillas, la atención recibida en la recepción inmejorable y algo muy importante: PLAZA DE PARKING INCLUIDA!!! "Cuando hemos llegado el nivel de limpieza no era adecuado y el colchón del sofá cama donde se suponía que tenían que dormir mis hijos roto y el sofá con manchas. Nos fuimos a otro hotel aunque nos querían dar otro apartamento no lo hemos aceptado porque no nos generó confianza. Aunque sí que en todo el momento se han ofrecido a arreglar la situación y rápidos en la respuesta."

"El día de llegada las llaves no la encontraban y cuando las encontraron resulta que al llegar al sitio estaba ocupada la habitación,vuelta a recepción,nos dan otra habitación,le faltan cosas de la lista,los coches aparcados delante de la entrada del parking y no se podía ni entrar ni salir los coches y luego el último día no funciona el ascensor así que bajando las maletas y e carrito del bebé por las escaleras,así que fatal la estancia"

"Avoid this property at all costs if you want to sleep during your holiday, booked 7 nights in this hell hole and managed to get 21 hours sleep throughout the entire stay, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the 3 floors above, the company rents the neighbouring properties to anyone, we had the misfortune of having screaming girls and shouting guys party from 10pm to 4am every night, banging doors and loud music. Complained to the management company on several occasions did...
