"Siempre alquilo apartamentos en el Tarter y esta ha sido la primera vez que nos hemos estado en los Apartaments Floc. Los recomiendo 100%, limpio, cómodo, el nuestro era un bajo y tenía una terraza con mesa y sillas, la atención recibida en la recepción inmejorable y algo muy importante: PLAZA DE PARKING INCLUIDA!!! "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe. "

"Cuando hemos llegado el nivel de limpieza no era adecuado y el colchón del sofá cama donde se suponía que tenían que dormir mis hijos roto y el sofá con manchas. Nos fuimos a otro hotel aunque nos querían dar otro apartamento no lo hemos aceptado porque no nos generó confianza. Aunque sí que en todo el momento se han ofrecido a arreglar la situación y rápidos en la respuesta."
