In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, bien equipado, y hemos estado muy bien. Lo único que falla es el mantenimiento, una luz que no funciona, la maneta del baño rota, y sobre todo limpieza. Por el resto el apartamento es correcto.

Ridículo horario de check out y check in

Apartamento en muy buenas condiciones con utensilios pero al ser renta por empresa no hay insumos y el trato es frío y a su conveniencia. Ridículo un check-in a las 5pm y check-out de 10am. Desde 1 hora antes de salir ya nos habían desactivado claves de acceso al edificio y Wi-Fi. Una persona salió a tirar la basura y ya no pudo entrar. Como el Wi-Fi ya estaba bloqueado no nos pudimos comunicar... Mala experiencia en ese sentido. Piden prácticamente hacerles la limpieza para no quedarse con dinero de la exagerada fianza que hay que depositar de 250 Euros. Solicitamos extender el check-out 1 hora más. El correo no lo respondieron (pero eso sí, para el depósito de la fianza y el impuesto municipal sí te contestan los correos y te llaman como enajenados), finalmente después de un par de llamadas contestaron y se negaron indicando que era necesario salir a las 10am para limpiar para los próximos huéspedes.... ¿Necesitan 7 horas para limpiar? Simplemente no, pero no les interesa. Esto empañó la experiencia y que recomendemos el lugar.

Al apartamento le falta mantenimiento, la persiana del comedor no se podía bajar, una luz del comedor estaba fundida, estaba sucio de pelos de perro, hacía frío por la noche y teníamos la calefacción capada ni siquiera el radiador del baño funcionaba, el cristal de la ventana del baño estaba roto, el suelo tenía un agujero tapado con un parche que estaba suelto. En general decepcionante.

Great stay for group of 6

This was a great stay for a group of 6! Everything we needed was provided. There are 2 restaurants next door, but otherwise it is a bit of a longer walk or drive to get other places, and is about 30 minutes to Andorra La Vella.

Las fotografias que aparecen en la página web no se adecuan a los apartamentos que se ofrecen. El apartamento es un open-space con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama sin división. Hoteles.com me ha decepcionado al no reconocer que lo ofertado no se corresponde con el producto final.

Overall decent venue, located in the quiet area between the towns of Soldeu and Tarter. Towns are not big so if you have a car the location is absolutely fine and just ~5 minutes drive from both ski stations. My biggest complaint with this property was the noise from the heating system/circuit breaker. Our first night was terrible as we heard a loud "clicking" noise from the circuit breaker every 5 minutes, and a blue light from the heater would flash in the bedroom at the same time. It was the temperature control turning on/off the heating system, not sure why it's connected to the circuit breaker but they are linked. Needless to say it was a sleepless night. The women at reception were able to fix the problem the next morning and were nice, but I was super frustrated by this experience and each time we heard the noise subsequently (which continued but much less frequently), I was concerned we would have another bad night (even though we didn't). Other than that, the apartment is small but fine for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Beds were not very comfortable but fine. Sofa was incredibly hard (I was uncomfortable after watching TV for 1 hour); we did not try the sofa bed. I appreciated the starter kit for the kitchen (sponge, dish soap and towel) and the laundry (1 package). Kitchen has basic amenities (pots, dishes, toaster, coffee, kettle) and allowed us to have breakfast and a few dinners at the apartment - a welcome feature when traveling with 2 young kids.

Nice apartment location a bit off

Great place to stay for a family ski holiday. A little out of town but courtesy shuttle was brilliant. Apartment was a pleasure to come back to after a days skiing.
