"Keseluruhannya kurang memuaskan dengan supervisor perempuan cina yang langsung tidak mesra alam. Muka masam mencuka. Cuma pekerja lelaki (reception) yang banyak sekali membantu dalam menguruskan tempahan bilik yang ditukar pada saat akhir. Tempahan online bilik twin sharing tapi ditukar oleh supervisor berkenaan kepada bilik single. Amat menyusahkan pelanggan."

"Lovely convenient self-service property. Refreshments fridge and free water available 24/7, easy check in and check out. It is walkable for those who enjoy walking. About a 20 minute work into the very centre of Dutch Malacca. It is also a pretty walk past part of Little India and several good places to eat, so it doesn't feel like 20 minutes. "Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "
