"Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!! I would definitely come back here with my family. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it’s located quite a bit away from the city centre so you have to take a taxi every time you want to go do something in town. But it’s super quiet here!"

If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. "When checking-in, staff was helpful. No problem till checking out. They called taxi for us from hotel to the airport,upon request at agreed price. After the taxi drove out for about 7 minutes. Driver got call. And drove back to the hotel. The attendant checked us out came to the taxi we were in. And said our US dollar bills was too old to be accepted. After another checking he said it is fine. They he asked us to pay the taxi driver extra 10 SOL. We refused. We request for other taxi . Then...

"The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."
