"Arrived in the late night (12am) to check in. There was a sign at the front desk about reservations being canceled after 1am if not checked in. That didn’t stop them from giving us a room we didn’t reserve (instead of the 2 queen bed suite we reserved we got 2 separate king size rooms) -across the hall from one another. One of the rooms smelled of heavy cleaning product so we were left to all squeeze into 1 king size bed. The room was alright but toiletries were in some strange squeeze tubes...

"We had a very nice day for our daughter's graduation. Really appreciated the coffee and ice water in the lobby, staff was great super helpful. The hotel is rather small but quaint ,lovely decorated, clean with a great location !"

"I LOVED this hotel. I was there for a 5 day festival, which was a few blocks away. The hotel is pretty, the room was incredibly comfortable. I especially liked the full kitchen which not only saved me money but also saved my diet. I was able to make good use of the gym and the laundry. The staff was very friendly. I will make every effort to book it for next year."

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"No housekeeping for 5 days, in spite of daily requests and assurances that the room would receive attention. Came to the room to take away the towels, but didn’t replenish the same number, so every night we had to call to request towels. One day just left the clean towels in a sack in the bathroom; another day when we requested to have the beds made they just dumped a pile of clean sheets on the coffee table. Terrible service."

"We booked the hotel for a wedding weekend, the staff wouldn't accommodate us checking in a little yearly. The lobby couches were beyond filthy, stained and smelling. The rugs were even worse filthy. I was praying the room rug was clean and it was absolutely disgusting, poop stains and urine stains I wore flip flops I didn't dare put my bare feet in that dirty nasty rug! "The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However it took use 30-45 minutes to get checked in because 2 of the front desk stations were down. Also the pool was not listed on the amenities of the hotel, and neither was it's open hours so we were unable to swim at all during the stay. We were not provided any bottles of water in our room. Because the room is only made up every 2 days, it was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. Therefore the room's coffee station was not...
