Sorry ,but i do not get what you trying to point at here. I had 1000s of guests and a very few that can't imagine the reality instead they believe or expect that photos reflect real life. Photos are the moments of time which has passed , that's all they represent. Also they are there for illustration purposes. I don't make fools out of anyone and never will and never was. May be you should blaim the screen manufacturers who provide us with colours well enhanced than our eyes can see in real world. Every and each photo was taken by real camera in real time there is nothing fake about that. Anyways, i am very sorry for your disappointment and i hope you will find a place that will satisfy your perception and reality. The property was built 2017, which is not 10 yrs. Houses were cleaned the same way as for many 1000s of guests before you , clean and inhabitable, we do not even allow pets here just to maintain cleanliness and avoid allergies sensitivity of guests.

Tthe rooms are a lot more bigger than any average hotel rooms, so if you stay with family in hotels i have no idea what the comments would be. We designed the 1 bedroom for couples and you could upgrade to a bigger house on your arrival. We do have indeed a cable TV in rooms which has engish channels as well cartoons. Considering time it was built 2014-15 , if that is old i have no comments. I am sorry to express this but people from your origin has very high expectations but i traveled in your country and found it over priced considering what it provides to travelers. But i had a great time anyways. Thanks for feedback

I'm sorry to say this but our standard of cleanliness satisfied more than enough guests by proven. In my entire life I've never met a person who is extremely specific about what is clean what what is not. And in our opinion you are too obsessed about cleanliness which is also called a 'neat freak' or obsessive compulsive disorder.

Swimming pool is rather a plunge pool, but of course you can't get a private pool 10x5m at 1,500 thb \night \room . Toilet area unfortunately the walls are being wet from the underground water which is very difficult and almost not possible to fix. We renovate it as occupancy allows. Thanks for comment on maids and I will pass the message to them to be more quite when they talk! Thanks for commenting on front desk , yes we are very friendly and easygoing and love to see you smile. I hope other was a great experience and hope to see you in bigger villa with a bigger pool which you could have been upgraded to if it were available :)

Thanks for your staying and review that gives some info. The shower curtain we installed already . Yes the pool is a plunge pool good for refresh and relax with jaccuzi. The surroundings of 1 km radius are mostly empty lands with trees and bush but if you like nature it's good. All in all we think our location is not the top best but very good enough comparing to other villas at Pattaya considering prices as well.

1. location you can see on the map, it is very relative what is far and what is near.... 2. oldest villa built in 2009 or newest 2017 March Some villas has old appearance because of design (thai bali style) we renovate and maintain every time needed , but keep the design as is. 3. if any noise etc. from airconditioner we can fix it if you report while you stay. 4. HOT WATER runs in every bathroom if you open the heaters ;) 5. IF YOU DO NOT STAY IN OUR VILLAS please DO NOT REVIEW US. You as travel agent should inspect the accommodations before you sell it to your clients. May be your price was too high for their expectations.

Na Jomtien villas are 400m from the sea and beach. Or Jomtien villas are 850 m from the beach, i have no idea which beach did you drive for 20 min. ??? Photos were taken 2 years ago, and appearance may be old because of the design ( thai bali style ) which we will not change, but we maintain and renovate as needed. the oldest villa was built 2009 or newest 2017 march . Please DO NOT REVIEW if YOU DID NOT STAY with us. Or inspect the accommodations before you sell it to your clients and consider your mark ups....
