I’m grateful for the kind staff. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect place to hide away and relax while having massages nearby and there’s a bar on the corner that stays open late. Very sweet accommodation. Thank you for hating me and my son.

Overall Property is too old and not good if you are Indian and Vegetarian, The Hotel is only good for Chinese, Korean, and Japanese tourists. We survive only on bread and fruit for breakfast no other option

Staff couldn’t do more for us, very attentive and happy to help in any way they could. The property is very impressive with multiple pools and a private beach.

this is my second visit at this hotel. i booked a one bedroom suite the room was well prepared,aircond was on when we arrived. room condition 4/5 a bit of problem with shower with hot water which need to be fixed a senior reception at check in should be at back office instead as she is not so good service minded

Out of the way hotel
Service standard is lacking.when I checked in, there were more than 6 staff at the counter, but I was asked to wait for a particular staff who was serving someone who seemed to be checking in for 20 to 30 people. After waiting for a while, I decided to ask for another service staff….on Saturday night, the carpark was full and I was told to double park and leave my car unlocked so that the valet can move my car by pushing it. Eventually, I parked outside the compound. This hotel is in a godforesaken place with no attractions within 1.5km. The roads leading to the hotel are really small and not suitable for walking. Suggest you stay closer to Central Pattaya, near Terminal 21 mall where there is more to do.

The outside is kept in good conditions. The rooms are in bad state of repairs and updates. NO HOT WATER. And they did not honor the amount when I booked the room. NOT GOOD. Was traveling all day any to tired to go some where else. This property is awful!!!

A good family hotel for all ages
The hotel has a pet-friendly site, the room was very spacious. Our two cats were happy and did not mess up. The manageress was very accommodating to upgrade me to this pet-friendly site as there was a mistake in my booking. The staff from the car park, room service, and the swimming pool were good. The other site - the main- overlooks the sea, and there are many levels of swimming pools. A great sight and a temptation to swim,

Wifi has never worked stable at all. On off on off every 5 minutes. I need to logged in almost every day instead of auto connections. Even when wife worked, the connection was not strong enough.

Very polite, but pleasant? Not quite.
Although the staff were very friendly and apologetic when there were issues, the problems we had were not resolved. For example, our balcony light could not be turned off the first night, even after being told that someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever showed up. The next morning we asked for the balcony to be cleaned as it was very dirty. Someone swept it without much care when it really needed a proper mopping. We stayed in a city view room, and guessing that these rooms need some updating as other parts of the hotel appeared new and modern. For example, the shower head didn’t function properly and everything in our room was rather old and falling apart- including switches that didn’t work. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent offering a variety of international choices as well delicious local dishes. The buffet dinner was also quite good, albeit pricey. The location proved to be what we wanted. It was within walking distance to the Sanctuary of Truth, which was the main reason we stayed there.

The property was excellent very clean excellent food even the pools were very clean.. The only thing was they didn’t speak very good enough and had to tell them a few times want I wanted, other then that the hotel is a 5+ for me

DO NOT STAY HERE - A WASTE OF MONEY AND DIRTY
Room was filthy, hair in the bed sheets, fridge filthy, floor and bathroom had mold, hair all over the bathroom, sheets on bed not cleaned, complained to the duty manager on check out and was promised a call back from Manager, however 1 month later am still waiting for a call or e-mail. WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE - over priced for what you get

Modern hotel with many amenities and a fabulous pool. I wouldn’t want to book here in the summer months when it gets busy as it would be chaos. Very little English spoken and the staff are excellent. But miserly when it comes to a six day stay as they charged us extra for a single bottle of water after paying for an extra day just to have a late check out at 6 pm. Wouldn’t extend the checkout to 8 pm so we had to wait in the lobby for several hours. Rooms are good but I’m not a fan off the black mould in the bathroom and hot water was a long time coming. Had several issues with the card type keys not working. Overall ok, but won’t be back.

Over night at the zign and not that impress.
Most of guests are Chinese tour group which is very noisy but this cannot be complaint. -Security at parking area is quite loose. -The smell at lobby area was not good because it smell Chinese food all the time day and night. -Refrigerator in my room is not clean. -Hotel has strange system in my room (A8030, when open balcony door the air-con will be off) I am not sure it can save cost (energy) as mentioned because machine could be broken down first. -Hotel staff don't know the area, could not recommend to go any place properly.
